It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. bingoplu makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a bingoplu account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from bingoplu or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bingoplu and its affiliated companies; (d) persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling activities.
2.4 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bingoplu account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bingoplu reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingoplu login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bingoplu will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify bingoplu immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bingoplu is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) before your first withdrawal or at any time bingoplu deems necessary. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Ownership. Your bingoplu account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bingoplu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. bingoplu does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. bingoplu aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. bingoplu does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. bingoplu reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds that have been credited as bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the bingoplu platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. bingoplu reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. bingoplu actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play designed to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. bingoplu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All slot games and random-outcome games on the bingoplu platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. bingoplu does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bingoplu platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bingoplu content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingoplu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 bingoplu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingoplu account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 bingoplu does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Services at your own risk.

11.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
11.3 You may close your bingoplu account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
13.3 Nothing in this Section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
14.1 bingoplu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the bingoplu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
